Summer is arriving in the beautiful Southern Forests, bringing longer days, warmer evenings and plenty of opportunities to slow down, reconnect with nature and enjoy everything this wonderful region has to offer. Here at Stargazers Forest Hideaway, we're looking forward to a busy and exciting season, welcoming couples, families, four-legged friends and wedding guests to our peaceful little corner of Western Australia.

Love is in the Air – Wedding Season Has Arrived!
We're especially excited to be hosting eight beautiful weddings over the summer months!

There's something truly magical about celebrating love surrounded by nature, and we're delighted that so many couples have chosen Stargazers as the setting for their special day. From intimate ceremonies beneath the trees to relaxed celebrations with family and friends, our peaceful forest retreat provides a beautiful backdrop for couples looking for a wedding that's personal, memorable and a little different. With exclusive use of the property, couples and their guests can enjoy the freedom to celebrate together, surrounded by the natural beauty of the Southern Forests. We're looking forward to being part of so many wonderful memories this wedding season.

Dog-Friendly Adventures with Pooch-n-Peeps

Summer adventures are even better when your four-legged best friend can come along! We're delighted to continue welcoming Pooch-n-Peeps to Stargazers for their fully hosted dog-friendly escapes, bringing together fellow dog lovers for a few days of exploring, relaxing and enjoying the beautiful Southern Forests.

Summer Fire Restrictions – Important Guest Information. As the warmer weather arrives, protecting our beautiful natural surroundings becomes especially important. The Shire of Nannup's restricted burning period commenced on 3 November 2026, with Stargazers implementing its seasonal fire restrictions from 16 November 2026.
During this period:

Glamping Suites: Outdoor fire pits will be removed for the summer season.
Cottages: Firewood will no longer be supplied during the restricted period.
Outdoor fires: Guests must comply with all current fire restrictions and any additional fire bans in place.

We appreciate everyone's understanding and cooperation in helping us keep our guests, wildlife and beautiful forest surroundings safe throughout summer. Please remember that fire restrictions can change depending on weather conditions and local authority advice.
